Your site says that you ship for free, why am I being charged shipping on my order?
Some items are excluded from the free shipping promotion because of special handling requirements due to size or special shipping needs or because the order does not meet the minimum for free shipping. Please see our Free Shipping page for full details. If you request expedited shipping such as overnight deliveries you will incur an additional charge.
Do I have to order online or can I place the order over the phone?
Door Hardware Plus representatives are trained in all of the products we sell and are happy to help you with every phase of your project from planning to purchasing to any post order questions you may have. Give us a call today at 866-528-0741.
Where can I enter my coupon code for my online order?
On the second page of our checkout you will see a box for coupon codes. Please type your code in the box and click the apply button. Your discount will show in your total.
I put together my order on your site, but I don't like using my credit card online, what can I do?
On the second page of our checkout under Credit Card Information there is a dropdown that allows you to choose whether you will pay online or over the phone, please choose "over the phone" in the pulldown. This will process your order to us and we'll call you to make the payment over the phone. Or you can phone the order in to us at 866-528-0741.
I live in New York State, how can I find out how much my tax will be?
After you place your items in the cart enter your zip code in the box provided, click the "update" button and the appropriate tax will appear to the right.
